Ginger Crackle Cookies

ginger crackles cookie recipe

There’s something magical about a warm ginger cookie, and these ones do not disappoint! Soft and chewy with a sugary crust on the outside. These are a holiday favorite in our house.

One of the best things about this recipe is that you can make them ahead of time and keep them in the freezer for 3-6 months. So make a double or a triple batch early in the season and you will always have a sweet holiday treat ready to take to the next party or school event.
